REGULATION OF BED AND BREAKFAST

CHEK-IN

Dear Guests, the delivery of the rooms is scheduled between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm, please inform us of your arrival time at least on the morning of the arrival day.

The gentlemen guests are invited, upon arrival, to provide an identity document and at the same time to regularize the payment of the booked stay ..

After payment of the entire stay, you will be given the keys of the room where you will be staying, the keys to the breakfast room, the keys to the gate and the remote control of the sliding gate. (Be careful not to lose the keys or the remote control, their replacement costs Euro 150.00).

The price agreed for the stay in our B&B includes the use of the room and the bathroom, the breakfast, the supply of towels and sheets. Extraordinary linen change is not included in the price, such as extraordinary cleaning.

For entry and exit from the structure there are no timetables to be respected, guests can go out and come back as they please.

Inside the Bed & Breakfast, only for hygienic reasons and for any allergies from other customers, pets are not allowed.

It is also not permitted, for reasons of public security, for guests to let other people enter the Bed & Breakfast at any time.

CHEK-OUT

Please note that, on the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am to allow cleaning and delivery to new arrivals.

To allow for cleaning and daily cleaning, the rooms and the bathroom will normally have to be vacated by 10.00 am, please arrange your personal belongings to allow them. Beyond these times, daily cleaning is not guaranteed. Proper and civil use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the W.C. (use the appropriate baskets).

Housekeeping is done daily, towels will be changed every 4 days, linen will be changed once a week.

In case of extra cleaning a separate fee will be requested.

Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. Do not hesitate to ask for any other needs.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 10.00. Please report any known food allergies and intolerances. In the rooms it is always prohibited to prepare and eat meals. Guests have a fridge and other accessories in the common room.

RULES

It is forbidden to smoke inside the premises: (it is possible to do so on the terrace or in outdoor spaces)

At the end of the stay, the keys and the remote control must be returned. In case of loss the damage will be charged. Take care to turn off the light in the rooms and other systems when you are out of the room.

RESERVATIONS

The booking request can be made directly online, via a simple e-mail or by phone, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt, accompanied by instructions on how to pay.

The payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer.

In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the stay or in case of failure

cancellation of the first night will be charged.
